Information regarding the processing of personal data by Triflow sp. z o. o.
Based on the so-called GDPR, i.e., Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as repealing Directive 95/46/EC, respecting your privacy, we present the following information regarding the processing of data for individuals contacting Triflow via email, fax, or phone.

If you contact us to conclude a contract or in connection with a contract already concluded between us, we will process your personal data for the purpose of concluding and correctly executing that contract, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. If you contact us to conclude a contract between us and an entity you represent (hereinafter: “our Client”), or in connection with a contract already concluded between us and our Client, we will process your personal data for the purpose of concluding and executing that contract, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (we will refer to this as “our legitimate interest”). Our legitimate interest in this case lies in ensuring the possibility of discussions regarding future cooperation and the correct execution of contracts we are a party to. If you contact us for other matters, your personal data will be processed to address your inquiry, based on our legitimate interest, which in this case consists of ensuring the highest standards of service for clients/contractors and potential clients/contractors, including allowing these individuals to receive information about our offerings.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, and also to request limitations on processing. If you are our Client, you will also have the right to data portability. You also have the right to object—based on reasons related to your particular situation—to the processing carried out by us for purposes arising from our legitimate interest.
The recipients of your personal data may include entities to whom we are obligated to disclose data under applicable laws (including relevant tax authorities), as well as entities providing IT, accounting, courier or postal services, and advisory services on our behalf.
Personal data will be stored for the following periods:
- if the contact was unrelated to a contract being concluded or already concluded— for 6 months from the date of contact;
- if the contact was related to a contract being concluded or already concluded—until the statute of limitations on your claims or our Client’s claims against us expires.
Providing your data is voluntary, but it may be necessary to consider your inquiry.
If you believe that the processing of personal data violates GDPR regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
During the processing of your personal data, there will be no automated decision-making, including profiling.
Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
